Fantastic customer service - and very nice chain for layering or with a pendant

I recently bought this chain and have used it with a pendant and also alone for layering. Somehow, one link got twisted and I emailed customer service to ask for advice. They emailed back right away with a potential solution, but also with an offer to replace it if I couldn't fix it myself. I'm happy to report that I did fix it easily with their suggestion! I also purchased the Thick and Thin necklace as a gift, but ended up keeping it for myself. I get so many compliments on it and will very likely buy again from this company.
