We ship most orders within 2-3 business days.
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have any questions about where your package is, you can reference your tracking number to see delivery progress.

Please note that Becoming is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Domestic Orders: We offer USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) with delivery confirmation. We also offer USPS Express Mail (1-2 days), UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air for expedited delivery. Free US ground shipping on orders $75+.
International Orders: We ship internationally to Canada only. We ship packages via USPS First Class International Mail (1-3 weeks with limited tracking). We also offer USPS Priority International shipping (6-10 business days with tracking number). Any duty, taxes or additional fees are not our responsibility. Please be prepared to pay for customs and/or duties fees charged by the receiving country. We do not mark packages as gifts on customs forms. Inquire with your postal service to determine the amount.

If you are not happy with your purchase please, we offer free returns and exchanges. Please submit a return request through our Return Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from us please submit a return request through our Return Portal. We will gladly take care of all costs associated with replacing your damaged item.

All sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time due to moisture in the air and oils on your skin. We recommend storing your piece in an air-tight container, such as a small ziploc bag, to help prevent tarnishing. To clean your sterling piece, use the polish pad included with your order.
Please protect your jewelry from scratches and chemicals, including makeup, hairspray and perfumes, and do not wear your jewelry in water.
